Last year, I purchased this top on clearance at White House Black Market. And every time I tried it on with jeans, it took on a decidedly “clubbing” vibe. So it just sat forgotten in my closet. Now, it only took me about 25 years to discover white pants make everything look polished. LITERALLY EVERYTHING. I’m not kidding, if there’s one clothing item everyone of every size and shape should invest in: it’s a pair of well fitted white pants. You can take that advice straight to the bank, it’s as good as gold. So, I decided to try the combo out and “Voila!” It looked MUCH classier than it had with jeans! I paired it here with gingham wedges and a monogrammed clutch to make it a touch preppier. But I would love to know how you would put a different twist on accessories.
